STORY
Tom Yum is a traditional soup of Thailand which is very commonly found in Thai restaurants. The characteristic of this dish is sour and hot spicy. Although heat level varies depending on the chef's preference. The word Tom Yum derives from spicy and sour.

TEXTURE
The sauce consistency is thick so it is best to serve with a main meal as it gives a more hearty feel.
FLAVOUR
Basic ingredients of Tom Yum involves lemongrass, galangal, lime juice, kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, and red chilli. The paste is very aromatic. It has a bright amber colour.
Our Tom Yum Butter sauce is our Thai take on Indian Butter Chicken dish. We combined the two together, the flavour of a Tom Yum but the cooking method of Indian Butter sauce.
It is tangy and mildly spicy but rich and creamy like a butter sauce. Versatile to accompany any type of meats but our recommendation is to serve it with roast duck, white fish or pork belly.
