A curry dish originated from Indonesia and is traditionally called "Rujak" currry because of the sweeter taste profile compared to other curries. The dish "Rujak" is actually Indonesian version of fruit salad. However, in this context, the word "Rujak" came from the sweet element (just like the the fruit salad) into the curry.
