STORY
Aji Amarillo is a type of chilli found in Peru and some other part of South America. Most commonly encountered in Peruvian cuisine. The direct translation to English is yellow chilli. The distinct flavour to this type of chilli is the citrus or fruity flavous. On its own, the heat score level is considered very hot chilli. Its yellow colour is enhanced when cooked, but normally bright orange when ripe.

FLAVOUR
Moderately spicy from yellow chilli Aji Amarillo with a zing or citrus-y note. Great with fried fried seafood.
